The annual Australian Press Freedom Media Dinner, will beheld in Sydney on Friday May 3 at Dockside, Cockle Bay, Darling Harbour
This annual event for the media is about reaffirming our industry’s independence and coincides with World Press Freedom Day, celebrated globally on May 3.

WALKLEY YOUNG JOURNALIST OF THE YEAR AWARD 2013
The Walkley Young Australian Journalist of the Year Awards recognise and reward emerging young Australian journalists.
Entry is open to all Australian journalists, employed full-time or freelance who have had work published or broadcast through Australian media outlets, including on-line publishers in the last 12 months
Entries for the 2013 Young Australian Journalist of the Year Award opened on Monday March 11.
